It is true.

It is true, adam walked a half marathon (12 miles - 20km), and all before lunch.

I did too, but then that isn't new. although i don't know if i have ever done it before lunch.

It was part of the Otmoor Challenge - we took the walking option. We did it with Adam's work, so there were about 50 of us, followed by a pig roast in the boss's garden - much pimms was had by all, but then that is what one does at a garden party. It was a great day for it too - dry, sunny, but not too hot.

Part of the course was across the fields on the Oxfordshire Way, and part was on roads through the villages.

Across the fields on the Oxfordshire Way...

Stiles and mud

A lot of fields had animals in them. this group of cows were particularly interested in the walkers.

There were a few pubs on the way. we stopped at this one, just after halfway, for a drink (many had beer, i had a pimms)

It was mostly flat, but then it was in oxfordshire
