it took us a couple of weeks to really work out what is was. we just assumed that Jerusalem artichokes would look like normal artichokes, and that there was a mix up with the list in the box. at one point, after much talk of truffles, we thought maybe they had accidentally put £1000 worth of truffles in the box (not unreasonable if you look at the pictures below). but no.
So now we have lovely roast garlic and Jerusalem artichoke soup.
