Not much to report. We had the first frost this morning. It didn't even feel that cold. Maybe we are well 'ard now. The days are getting very short - getting up and getting home in the dark. and the trees are about half bare.
The change in season has bought me new challenges with the vege box. I now know what celeriac is and how to cook it. And the neighbours gave us a box of apples, so we will be eating a lot of apple pie.

All we have growing is lettuce and rocket and other 'green' (gasp) stuff! Schmoo
don't worry - over here the only greens you will see are mushy peas. we will fatten you up with potatoes (baked/mashed/stew), yorkshire pudding, pies, and more pie!
