Birthday fun

Gwen turned 2 yesterday. I made a bunny cake, which was yummy (banana and orange cakes with cream cheese frosting).  It has all been very exciting. Gwen now understands what presents are. She really didn’t understand this at Christmas. This time, she will rip them open and has learnt to say/demand “open it” when they are wrapped too well or there is extra packaging. And she can ask for more presents (we have now run out of presents but she was thoroughly spoilt).
There are a few older photos too – one of Gwen with a lovely scrape across her face which is almost healed now, but which resulted in a lovely mix of scab and snot under her nose for a while.
