Tomorrow's game will be huge. I think I will go for England, somewhat
surprisingly, just because it would be great to see them play
Argentina too. Adam seems to be leaning towards supporting Germany.
Free State is beautiful - vast open spaces with dry grass and scrub, a
cloudless sky and a baking sun (nights are supposed to be cool), with
prides/wobbles/flocks of ostriches and the occassional meerkat! It is
all farms but the stocking rates are so low you can never see many
farm herds.
We are only here briefly though. Tomorrow is match day. Then it is
back to joburg to drop the car back and change to air travel - to cape
town for a week, then Durban for a few days, and then back to joburg.
