mmmm macchiato

I also got to spend a few days in Pisa, thanks again to work, which was sooo wonderful since we haad just had the first frost of the season. Pisa was hot, and since this was October, it was a warning to never got to Italy in August, unless I have access to air conditioning and a big hat. Three days of sunshine and warmth were just what was required. Of course I was inside at lectures for most of the day time, but the nights were glorious too. And the coffee, mmmmm, and the cannolis, mmmm, and the pastries, mmmm.
