Lamingtons and pavlova, it must be australia day!

We celebrated Australia day - with a bbq and lamingtons, pavlova and anzac biscuits, and singing around the campfire under the stars. There was even a bottle of bundy going around. Adam was quite happy cooking at the bbq in only a tshirt until the sun set (but don't confuse that with tshirt weather). I made lamingtons, with jam and cream filling. mmm.
