I'll be sitting on the porch with you...
Listening to the Cat Empire on repeat. The latest album rocks, but then I don't have the earlier albums for comparison, so if anyone (hi soph, how's the snow?) wants to slip them into dad's bag, that would be most appreciated.
I have been sick, so life has been slow. The main activities have been setting up our fantasy football teams and choosing furniture for our new house. We found out yesterday that the owner of our current house is coming home when we move so we can't buy all her stuff second hand. Which means I get to furnish a whole house! How excitment! So we are investigating built-in wardrobes, lounge suites and all manner of nicely coordinated settings, as well as the nerd fixtures (wide screen tv, wireless broadband, super duper sky boxes).
And I am investigating what we need for the kitchen: silicone egg flips, cheese storage, and an oak hachoir. I think I will have the longest birthday present request list ever this year.
